McCafferty Financial Recruitment was established in 1997 by Neil McCafferty, who draws on ten years of experience as a career merchant banker in the corporate banking, structured finance and derivatives markets of South Africa. At the beginning of 2008, a ten percent stake in the company was acquired by two black South African women. A further five percent is owned by women. The company was re-launched as Ubuntu Human Resources to more fully describe our newly empowered status and focus in the field of executive search and selection.
