Social Responsibility
Ubuntu Human Resources accepts its responsibility
for investing in the social upliftment of the South African people and
to support projects that contribute to the welfare of South African
communities. In addition, we also care for the environment in which
we conduct our business and undertake to manage ourselves in a responsible
manner.
Credentials
Our empowerment credentials speak for themselves.
Ubuntu Human Resources has black South African female shareholders (forty
per centum), reflecting genuine participation in decision-making at
ownership, executive management and operational levels. We also employ
two females and one male from historically disadvantaged communities.
Network
Our sound financial base, own resources and strategic
alliances allow Ubuntu Human Resources to operate both domestically
and internationally.
Relationships
We value, more than anything, the respect and responsibility
that solid relationships with our clients and candidates demand.
Technology
We are committed to the idea that technology will
be the key to taking the lead in a changing economy, providing the most
streamlined processes, and developing highly dependable solutions for
our clients.
Integrity
We insist on honesty and fairness as the guides against
which all of our actions must be measured, and we dedicate ourselves
to walking the high ground in all our actions.
Diversity
We embrace the removal of old barriers to success,
and pledge to focus on talent and character as the driving forces for
accomplishment, now and into the future.
Opportunity
We believe that the ability to see opportunity for
our clients, and help them seize it, is the cornerstone of our services
and is central to the solutions we provide.
